About.

FoundHer Strategy was founded by Kamakshi in a pivotal moment in her life.

So what is FoundHer?

Right now, it’s a weekly blog on strategy, branding, and case studies featuring female-owned and/or female-focused brands. It’s inspiring, engaging, and created with the intention of motivating small female business owners, career-driven women, and anyone who shares a passion for building with purpose. This is a space where magic happens.

If you haven’t already guessed, the word FoundHer is a play on Founder. Women are often underestimated in professional spaces for so-called “feminine” traits. But here, we celebrate them. This is a place for business with passion, businesses born from pain, driven by a will to rebuild, and shaped by emotional intelligence just as much as strategy. Our Logo is an epitome of that drive - the lotus represents rebirth, feminity, rising above adversity and self-empowerment.

What FoundHer becomes in the future is still unfolding. All we can say for now is this: it will be a space where creativity, analysis, and soul collide. This will also be expanding into a space where branding, strategy and other businesses development services will be available especially for those who resonate with our story, stay tuned for more!

The Founder

Hi, I'm Kamakshi - the founder and sole operator behind FoundHer.

If I were to introduce myself professionally, I’m a graduate of The University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics. As much of a type-A planner as I’ve always been, I’m also someone with a wide range of interests, from marketing and law to tech. I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of data and creativity, strategy and storytelling, which is why brand management, business development, and account management felt like the right path for me. This passion led me to my first (and current) role at Uber as a Partnerships Associate.

FoundHer was born in a moment that I experienced months ago - in the shadow of deep self-doubt, during a quarter-life crisis, when I felt like I knew nothing at all. But it was also the moment I chose to start living in alignment with my highest self. I created FoundHer as a space to channel my curiosity, explore entrepreneurship, and reclaim the power in femininity. What started as a passion project and strategic case study hub has become something I know I need to build - no matter how busy life gets.

I’m so excited to see where this journey takes us. Welcome to FoundHer.
